The Fair Internship Initiative (FII) in New York is a node of the Global advocacy network of FII, composed of current and former UN interns,  advocating for better and fair internships within the UN system. At the same time, FII NYC aims to provide resources to ensure interns a good start and time during their internship. With that, FII is a union, community, and safe space for interns to come together, to be aware of their rights, to share experiences, and to support each other throughout. FII welcomes everyone, intern or not, UN-affiliated or not, to join the global struggle for a fairer labor market for young people.
